Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is the key to our service.

Thai Merchandise Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to inform the refund policy as an agreement and to create an understanding of using the website as follows:

1. The company will refund the purchase price to the customer. In the event that the company Unable to deliver products as ordered by the customer.

2. Refund period The details are as follows.

    2.3 In case the customer pays in full through money transfer channels, The refund will be returned to the account number that the customer notified. It takes about 15-20 business days from the date the customer receives the notification from the company. (after the company received complete documents for refund from customers)

3. In the event that the payment is successful, or the product has been delivered, the company reserves the right not to cancel, refund, change, amend the purchase order in the following cases.
    3.1 In the case of an error in ordering the product, wrong colour, wrong model, wrong type
    3.2 In the event of a change in the price of the product that may occur in the future including Gift Vouchers in all cases arising from the need to add  additional discounts, forgetting to enter discounts, Code
    3.3 In the event of a change of mind of the purchaser, in all cases

4. The company will not process the delivery of goods. And make a refund due to the following cases:
